Demo THEOplayer

Network API

THEOplayer makes a number of network requests and receives responses while playing content video. Using the Network API, these requests and responses can be intercepted to make a new or modified request or response. The network object thus allows easy access to handle the network in an efficient way.

In this demo, all the network requests and responses are intercepted using the API, after which their corresponding URL will be printed below, along with a UTC timestamp.

This demo also shows that it is possible to modify responses, by adapting the subtitles in the above video. After intercepting, the responses are modified to reverse the text lines in the subtitles.
